不锈钢退火丝
不锈钢氢退丝：俗称软线，是由不锈钢轻拉丝通过氢退工艺处理后的不锈钢丝材，该工艺过程可降低丝材硬度，消除内应力，细化晶粒，使丝材表面更光亮细腻，同时赋予丝材无磁、抗疲劳、高延展等特性。产品用于丝网行业并为下游拔丝企业提供母线，用以生产极细线、细弹簧线、压轧异形线等。
Stainless steel hydrogen annealing wire: Commonly known as soft wire, it is stainless steel wire material processed by hydrogen annealing after light drawing of stainless steel. This process can reduce the hardness of the wire material, eliminate internal stress, refine grains, make the surface of the wire material brighter and finer, and at the same time endow the wire material with properties such as non-magnetism, fatigue resistance, and high ductility. The product provides busbars for downstream enterprises to produce extremely fine wires, fine spring wires, acupuncture wires or rolled special-shaped wires, etc.
二、生产工艺Production Process
使用伺服系统实时调节张力，对原材料线材进行8-12次渐进式减径拉拔，拉拔后使用独创的"低温-中温-高温"三段退火工艺对丝材进行热处理，既消除了线材内部残余应力，又保证了线材内部金属组织的均匀性，使线材性能稳定一致。
The tension is adjusted in real time by using a servo system, and the raw wire is subjected to 8 to 12 progressive reduced-diameter drawing processes. After drawing, the wire is heat-treated with an original "low-temperature - medium-temperature - high-temperature" three-stage annealing process. This not only eliminates the residual stress inside the wire but also ensures the uniformity of the internal metal structure, making the performance of the wire stable and consistent.
